Belén Rodríguez’s work is imbued with a unique form of innocence that is at the same time fully aware of the contradictions of the world it inhabits, skillfully integrating them in a practice that nurtures our present. Her research blends the empirical with the intuitive to build a body of work where the material and the poetic are unified. Her pieces are often presented as installations that create an atmospheric context with a precise and refined aesthetic, inviting viewers to engage on an instinctive, pre-verbal level.
